Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Lean 5% Minced Beef
  • 250 g of uncooked pasta
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 tbsp of tomato puree
  • 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • 6 cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • ½ tsp Colemans Mustard Powder
  • 2 large pickles diced
  • 300 ml Stock of Beef
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 320 g Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese [Grated]
  • Pinch Salt
  • Low-calorie cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
  • Apply a thin layer of low-fat cooking spray to a pan. Once added, sauté the mince until browned.
  • Add paprika, garlic, mustard powder, and a small amount of salt. Cook on medium heat for two minutes.
  • Turn the oven on to 200°C (180°C for fans) or Gas 6.
  • Add the pickles, onion, tomatoes, beef stock, and tomato puree. Simmer, uncovered, until the mixture thickens and most of the liquid has reduced 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After adding the cooked pasta, stir everything together and pour it into a baking dish.
  • Evenly scatter the grated cheese on top, then bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese turns golden brown.
