Slimming World Weetabix Cake

This recipe has been on my to-do list for quite some time, and I've finally gotten around to making it! I promise you that this Weetabix cake for a slimming world is delicious despite its strange and unappetizing sound.

I've always thought of Weetabix as a cereal for breakfast and never thought it would be good in cakes. But I've learnt a lot along the way with Slimming World. Who would have imagined that there would be a chocolate cake made with Diet Coke? Weetabix tastes the same and is not different!

Indeed, the mixture doesn't appear very appetising or tidy, but I promise you that it tastes far better. And, unless I'm mistaken, you don't need to sweeten it like you would for breakfast. This recipe for nutritious Weetabix cake from Slimming World is the ideal package.

TIPS FOR THE SLIMMING WORLD WEETABIX CAKE RECIPE

I usually check to see if I can remove the cake from the tin when I prepare a cake, and the Weetabix cake is no exception. To make sure I can remove the cake easily when it's cooked, I use loaf cake liners. I don't know about you, but no matter what method I use, I get annoyed when the cake adheres to the tin!

It's okay, even though you might think the Weetabix cake mixture is overly moist. Although the combination seemed excessively wet at first, it worked out perfectly. It may be a bit too wet, though, if it appears to be water.

Add a few extra sultanas to your Weetabix cake if you would like it to have a little more texture, but watch the syns!

HOW MANY SYNS IN THE SLIMMING WORLD WEETABIX CAKE?

I regret to inform you that you have come to the wrong site if you were looking for a syn-free Weetabix cake. Each serving of this Weetabix cake has 3.5 syns. Thus, you will have to account for that. I understand that using syns isn't ideal and that not everyone enjoys doing so, but believe me—it's worthwhile.

BUDGET-FRIENDLY CAKES

I'm also happy to report that I've started keeping a closer eye on the price of the meals I prepare to make sure it's all within my means. Budget-friendly meals are the main focus of my cooking philosophy. I really think that eating well doesn't have to be costly.

The complete cake only costs £0.44 and each part is only £0.04 with this Weetabix cake! Although a bag of chocolates would taste better, this cake will be far more appreciated and enjoyed by all!
