Blueberry Baked Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 40 g of rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp fat-free Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp of vanilla essence
  • 50 g of blueberries
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything and leave it for a few minutes so the baking powder can do its work.
  • Transfer the mixture into a small, Frylight-sprayed ovenproof dish, or use cake or muffin liners.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, or until golden brown.
  • Warm up and serve with your preferred fruits and fat-free yoghurt.

Notes

Try experimenting with different flavours, such as a dash of cinnamon, some chocolate shot for an added boost of protein, or a small amount of Nutella for a delicious surprise in the middle. Savour the opportunities!
