Baked Oats with Blueberries for a Filling Start
Begin your day with a delicious and nutritious breakfast that goes above and beyond. These Baked Blueberry Oats are a nice change from the usual bowl of fruit and cereal. This recipe is not overly sweet, but you can adjust the sweetness with a little more sweetener or a dash of golden syrup that has been synced. They went well with fresh berries and fat-free strawberry yoghurt (I used Onken, which is 5.5 syns for a big pot). These oats surpass traditional porridge in flavour and texture, providing a warm, cake-like breakfast that is truly enjoyable.
