Ingredients
  

  • 2 Weetabix (crushed)
  • 200 ml Skimmed Milk
  • 100 g Sultanas
  • 100 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 1 tsp mixed spice
  • 2 tbsp Sweetener
  • 2 Eggs

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven temperature to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas 4, and line a loaf tin with parchment paper.
  • After crushing the Weetabix, transfer it to a big bowl. After adding the milk and letting it sit for two to three minutes, combine.
  • To the Weetabix mixture, add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
  • Fill the lined loaf tin with the mixture.
  • Bake for one hour.
  • After cooking, move the food to a wire rack to cool. After cooling down, cut into 12 pieces and savour!
