Ingredients

Three large sweet potatoes sliced into fries after peeling.
1
tsp
of olive oil
½
tsp
Paprika
Salt
ground peppercorns
Instructions
Put your sweet potatoes in a mixing bowl or freezer bag.
Add paprika, one teaspoon oil, two big pinches of salt, and a generous amount of black pepper for seasoning.
To make sure the fries are evenly coated, shake the bag or shake it with your hands.
Place inside the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes at 170°C.
Take out, give it a shake, and add a bit more salt to taste.
Go back to the air fryer and cook for a further five minutes at 200°C, or until golden and crispy.
OPTION FOR OVEN BAKE:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. For 20 to 25 minutes, bake at 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6, turning once during baking.
