Ingredients
  

  • 2 Two chicken breasts
  • 1 One Medium Courgette
  • 25 g of spring onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 5 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp pureed garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 2 tsp Five Spice chinese
  • 1 tsp salt pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander

Instructions
 

  • Slice the spring onion thinly after cleaning.
  • Cut the courgette and red pepper into dice.
  • Chop the breasts of the chicken.
  • Mix everything well before adding it to the slow cooker or Instant Pot. Simmer for four hours on high.

Notes

For this recipe, we used the Instant Pot's slow cooker setting. Conveniently, it was already out and offered a simple substitute for the conventional slow cooker—it automatically set to 4 hours.
