It's made with real ingredients and is very easy to assemble; the whole family loved it.

INGREDIENTS:
350 grammes of pasta, dried
200g broccoli, thinly sliced stems and tiny florets
400g of chicken breast, diced
One tablespoon of tomato puree
350 ml of simmering chicken broth
Lighter Soft Cheese, 100g, room temp.
Two cloves of crushed garlic
One onion peeled and finely chopped
50 grammes of quark (room temperature)
160g of grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Add pepper and salt (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Set oven temperature to 200°C, 180°C or Gas 6.
As directed on the package, boil a large pot of pasta, generously salt it, and cook it until it's al dente.
When the broccoli has three to four minutes left to cook, add it to the pasta water.
Apply low-calorie cooking spray to a large pan and brown the chicken.
Add the garlic, onion, and a few tablespoons of chicken stock. Simmer for one to two minutes. After adding the remaining stock, simmer for one to two minutes.
Reduce the temperature. Stir continuously until the soft cheese and quark melt and form a smooth sauce.
After draining, add broccoli and pasta to the pan. To coat, stir. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.
Put in a baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese on top, and bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes.
Let it rest for five to ten minutes before serving.
