One large skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips, weighing about 175g.

One white egg

Dried Medium Egg Noodles, 300g

Sugar-Free Baking Spray

Three cloves of crushed garlic

One onion peeled and cut thinly.

Three large, finely sliced mushrooms

One spring onion, cut into 1 cm-long pieces.

Cut two carrots into thin sticks.

Two tablespoons of light soy sauce

Dollop of Dark Soy Sauce

One tablespoon of oyster sauce

One tablespoon of rice vinegar

Ground white pepper, 1/2 teaspoon

150ml of simmering chicken broth

One teaspoon of granulated sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

After cooking, drain, and set aside the noodles.

Sliced chicken should be marinated in egg white and oyster sauce.

Put some cooking spray in a wok, heat it, and sauté some garlic.

Add carrots, onions, mushrooms, and 50ml of chicken stock. Fry for two to three minutes.
